Flow wrapping, also known as horizontal form fill seal (HFFS) is a high-speed, cost-effective packing method that wraps solid products into airtight film bags. We use food-grade polypropylene with a crump seal top and bottom and a fin seal running the length of the pack, making it an ideal choice for individual portions of products like biscuits or confectionery.

Flow Wrap Packaging for Food Products
Also referred to as horizontal bagging, pillow pouching and crimp-seal wrapping, we can apply flow wrapping to numerous shapes and sizes of products. It’s most commonly used for smaller items that are sold separately, or multiple items placed inside a larger package, such as wrapped sweets and baked goods.
