IPS is a people business and we take great pride in developing our team. We have a core number of staff across all our facilities and this number is trebled at peak times. Many of our seasonal workers return year after year and we have long-standing trusted relationships with temporary labour suppliers.
We are very proud to be a member of Sedex and have achieved SMETA 4 Pillar Certification. Additionally, we are delighted to link-up with local Colleges to offer a business apprenticeship in addition to our well-established electrical and mechanical apprenticeships.
