
IPS is proud to celebrate the success of its colleagues at the Women in Packaging Excellence Awards 2026, with Nikki Waltham taking home the Quality Assurance Excellence Award.
The awards bring together some of the most talented and influential people across the packaging sector, recognising those making a real impact through innovation, leadership and allyship.
IPS was represented by four finalists on the night:
- Monika Gajewska – Contract Packing Leader Award
- Nikki Waltham – Quality Assurance Excellence Award (Winner)
- Linzi Sorensen – Digital & Data Transformation Leader Award
- Phil Walker – Male Ally of the Year Award
Nikki’s award is a reflection of the expertise, dedication and leadership she brings to IPS every day. Judges praised her exceptional career journey, determination and proactive mindset, alongside her ability to create lasting impact across the business.
Commenting on her win, Nikki said:
“I felt incredibly lucky to stand alongside so many inspirational women from across our industry. Winning the Quality Assurance Excellence Award is both an honour and a privilege, and I’m truly grateful for this recognition. I’m proud of the journey that has brought me here and thankful to everyone who has been part of it.”
Fellow finalist and Male Ally of the Year nominee, Phil Walker, added:
“Nikki’s passion and leadership have helped define what great looks like at IPS. This award recognises not just her expertise, but the profound impact she has had on our people, our culture and our customers. Quality is a core foundation of our business, embedded in everything we do and Nikki has been instrumental in making that a reality.”
The evening was a fantastic celebration of the people driving change across the packaging industry.
