Beginning in the town of Llanberis in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, this spectacular challenge sees fundraisers trekking to the top of Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) at night!
Supported by an experienced team of Mountain Leaders fundraisers then celebrate at the finish line with a celebration breakfast.
In July this year lead by Carl Sheppard Copack Manager at IPS – Culina, an IPS team including – Richard Cross, Monika Gajewska, Lucas Mikolajczyk, Dace Treiliba, Carmen Curtlin, Wiki Siemek, Catherine Kilbane, and Barany Mihaela, undertook this amazing challenge.

“So far the team have raised an amazing £4,425 with donations still coming in,” Said Carl,
“I am so proud of all the efforts from everyone concerned, but a big heart felt Thank you to our CEO, Andrew Dawson, for so generously supporting this cause.”
“It’s a really important charity,” said Carl, “A mate, a mum, a manager. Anyone can feel suicidal. In fact, 1 in 5 of us will have suicidal thoughts at some point in our lives. It’s more common than you think, and it’s what “The Calm Zone” are here to tackle.”
